Human Resources Advisor

Full Time - 37 Hours

Salary range from £20,170-£22,100 per annum (pending regrading)


Reporting to the Human Resources Manager you will assist with policy development and monitoring in the areas of Absence, Occupational Health and Dispute Resolution.

You should have experience of managing absence, advising managers on employment and terms and conditions issues, up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation and excellent interpersonal skills.

You will have a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management.
