Human Resources Manager

Tayside Fire and Rescue Headquarters, Dundee

Salary Range £35,709 up to £39, 057 per annum

Tayside Fire and Rescue have a challenging opportunity for an experienced Human Resource Manager to lead and develop a small HR team.

With a proven track record in a similar role you will be required to provide a professional personnel advisory service to Tayside Fire and Rescue.  You will develop and implement strategies in support of local and national policies and ensure that the organisation meets its legal obligations. 

It is essential that you have the ability to use your own initiative and can work closely with line managers across the organisation.  You will be enthusiastic and dynamic with the ability to prioritise and meet tight deadlines.

With strong organisational skills you will be a confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.  It is essential you are CIPD qualified and have a commitment to the principles of fairness and dignity at work.  An awareness of implementing the Single Status Agreement within Local Government is desirable.
