


ICT Support Engineer (Development)
12-month fix term contract

Working closely under the direction of the ICT Manager to provide efficient reliable systems and support to 800+ users onsite and remotely, you will be educated to MCSE level, with extensive knowledge of Microsoft based technologies including Windows 2003/2008, SQL Server 2005/2008, Exchange 2007/2010, OCS 2007 R2, MOSS 2007, and Windows 7/Vista. In addition, you will have in-depth Citrix skills certified to Enterprise Administrator level. As well as experience of information security management standards and techniques, you will have managed Windows desktops in an ITIL environment. It is essential for the job holder to have a good understanding of specific ICT concepts such as VPN, SSO, DR, and virtualisation. First-hand experience of managing HP Proliant Server hardware as well as experience of deploying and managing ICT systems in a virtualised environment would be a distinct advantage.
