You have the right of access to information held by Tayside Fire and Rescue (subject to certain exemptions) under various pieces of legislation, depending upon the type of information.

Scottish Public Authorities produce a 'publication scheme' which sets out: the categories of information the authority publishes, the manner in which it is published and details of any charges for accessing the information.

Our strategy is to publish as much information as possible on this website.  Publishing this Scheme will assist the public by making known the wide range of information available.
