


WATCH MANAGER VACANCIES
Tayside Fire and Rescue are looking for individuals to fill current and future vacancies at Watch Manager level. Applications are invited from substantive Crew Managers deemed to be competent in their role and substantive watch managers looking to transfer.
You should be able to demonstrate leadership and enthusiasm and have a sound knowledge of, and commitment to, the changes arising from the reform agenda.
You will require excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You will need to be a team player, able to motivate others, whilst supporting and actively promoting equality and diversity.

Watch Managers are required to work either the 42 hour day related system or the wholetime duty system. The salary and terms and conditions of service are those detailed in the National Joint Council for Local Authority Fire and Rescue Services as adopted by Tayside Fire and Rescue.
