Wholetime Firefighter Vacancies
Tayside Fire and Rescue are recruiting for Wholetime Firefighters, do you have what it takes?
Whether you are a woman or man you may have the ability to protect the diverse communities across Tayside. The role of a Firefighter is not all about strength; our Firefighters require good communication skills, the ability to work well within a team, self discipline and courage.
If you are bored of the 9 to 5, a challenging career in Tayside Fire and Rescue could be for you.
Candidates should be age 18 at time of appointment. The normal retirement age under the New Firefighters Pension Scheme is 60 years of age.
As part of the selection process candidates are required to undertake physical and medical examinations.

Option of part time working and job share may be available.
Benefits include a final salary pension scheme, childcare voucher scheme and employee discount card.
